Yeah, I’d say California has a few problems if an 18 year old can become a lifeguard and retire at 48 and pull over a $100,000 a year for the rest of his life. Must be nice living in Newport Beach paying the taxes for this . . .
Why take any risk to start a business and get labeled an evil greedy wealth monster, when you can do all that and more and have taxpayers pay the bill?
Can’t blame the lifeguards. The California public education system is fast becoming an expensive joke, and who wants to be laughed at when they can laugh all the way to the bank on the taxpayer dime while cashing those fat lifeguard checks. Who needs a California public school education?
