One Child Policy – Limits to Economic Growth

Sounds like China’s one-child policy is starting to slow the Chinese economy.

Almost ironic when one takes a general look at population curves in industrialized nations.  The more industrialized and westernized a country becomes the steeper the age-demographic curves become with fewer younger people to keep the mechanisms rolling.

China has set the conditions for limits on it’s economic growth due to an absence of younger workers. We’re making the same mistake in the USA. Unfortunately, we’re in the process of destabilizing our country by allowing the illegal import of slave labor via rampant illegal immigration in order to compensate for our cheap labor shortages.
