What if you get pulled over by the Cops?

If you get pulled over by law-enforcement in California – why not just tell them you’re an illegal immigrant?

If they threaten to arrest you, tell them you’ll go to the ACLU to defend your rights as a non-American.

If they arrest you, you can try to sue them for discriminating against you by racially profiling you as a . . . legal resident.

Lunacy – pure Lunacy . . . . or is it?

  1. Dan says:

Perhaps the right way to avoid lying would be to say “what if I told you I was an illegal?” I think that perhaps if you actually worked for the ACLU the threat might work better. Perhaps if you said you are discriminating against a protected class and you are just arrested me because of my car sticker that might work better.

The basic premise is good though – citizenship is supposed to mean something.
